A good chef is recognised by the quality of his omelette. This may sound strange, but the humble egg for many chefs is a source of inspiration. In this workshop, Michelin-starred chef will show why eggs are amazing. From poached and scrambled, to the perfect hollandaise sauce and soufflé: the possibilities are endless.


Besides explaining various techniques and preparing some classic dishes, Chris will also discuss his theory during the workshop. Did you know that an egg contains several proteins enabling for a varied garing temperature? With the correct knowledge about this, you can play and like chefs, produce crazy things with the egg.

British chef Christopher Naylor has been making waves since 2005, steering Restaurant Vermeer where his cooking skills were awarded a Michelin star in 2010. On the menu, you'll find no frills, but pure dishes with vegetables and herbs at the heart. After taking part in this workshop, you'll be able to cook star-worthy omelettes at home. Sunny side up!
