The cooking workshops at FFF are every year a huge success. That's why we organize a film workshop this year. Stop Motion is a film-making technique in which you bring stationary objects to life. You manipulate the object by shooting each frame separately. When the series of frames are played continuously, it gives the illusion of movement, which is a very cool effect.

In the Stop Motion workshop you will bring vegetables into motion and let them play a main part in an exciting, bloody, touching, romantic or funny movie. Together with a film crew of the Taartrovers , known from the Fantastisch Kinder Film Festival and workshops in the EYE, you will learn the basics of Stop Motion. Their programs are usually aimed at children, but especially for the FFF Tessa van Grafhorst from the Taartrovers developed a new workshop program.

A one time opportunity to learn the tricks of this film technique. And to bring out your fantasy. The sets from the Taartrovers will serve as inspiration to make your own stop-motion food film. The workshop is one hour and a half and intended for beginners: the least bit of experience is the best.
