FFF Restaurant reaches crowdfunding target

FFF Restaurant reaches crowdfunding target

We did it! With the help of sponsors, supporters and numerous (star) chefs, we raised the €15,000 needed to set up and equip the FFF Restaurant, which opens this Friday.

Thanks to the efforts of Joris Bijdendijk (Restaurant Bridges, one star), Alain Caron (Masterchef), Richard van Oostenbrugge (Bord’Eau, two stars), the French Pourcel brothers (Le Jardin des Sens, one star) and numerous generous supporters and sponsors, our Golden Ticket campaign raised €15,000 in just two months. The money will be used to set up the festival restaurant in what is currently an empty hall at the Westergasfabriek. Join us on 9, 10 and 11 May, when the restaurant will be serving star-quality food for a very appetising price.

Target reached
With the help of a large group of Food Film Festival supporters, we have raised the money needed to finance the restaurant. With the help of sponsors Rhima, Rational, Ritzenhoff, Hendi and Héman, we even reached our target amount sooner than expected. As a result, the remaining tickets are now available with a discount of  €30, making the special the lunch + film combo available to even more people. These ‘Silver Tickets’ can be purchased in the ticket shop

The team
The unique culinary experience we are able to offer visitors wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of dozens of Food Film Festival volunteers. Leading the gastronomic team are the Pourcel brothers, Alain Caron, Richard van Oostenbrugge, Niven Kunz, Jaimie van Heije, Jonathan Zandbergen, Michiel van der Eerde, Jim de Jong, Iwan Driessen, Ard Muntjewerf, Pieter Smits and, of course, FFF chef Joris Bijdendijk.
