Beer is one of the oldest and most common alcoholic beverages. In the last few years, there is a renewed interest in artisan ways of brewing, which is a lot of fun and also very tasty. Oedipus Brewing will let you taste what has changed over the last few years.
Oedipus Brewing is a small brewery, run by young brewers and founded in an attic in Amsterdam. At this moment, these brewers receive a warm welcome on every festival and party, because of the renewed interest in artisan ways of brewing and local products - but especially because their beer is tasty.
The last few decades, more and more local and artisan breweries have started to brew their own beers, combining tradition with innovation, thus producing exciting and tasty beers. Beers can be sweet, sour or bitter. Rick Nelson will let you taste a variety of beers, so you will discover how different beer can be.
