The best solution for a hangover? A hearty brunch, with lots of eggs and Bloody Mary's. As long as it is comfortable, or as in Jason Hartley's terms: lovefood. In this workshop, he will learn you how to create a stunning meal with simple, honest ingredients, made from scratch. Goodbye hangover!

British Jason Hartley was made famous through his pop-up brunches, which he organised in Amsterdam. These parties became so successful that he has opened a restaurant last year: Lovefood HQ. In many metropoles, brunching is a normal thing, but in Holland it has only just started. At Lovefood, it is possible to brunch during weekend, but dining and drinking cocktails is possible as well. 

On the menu, there are brunch meals from all parts of the world: American pancakes, a Jewish brunch, French eggs benedict or a traditional English breakfast. Which meal he will prepare during the Food Film Festival will stay a surprise, but this is an essential workshop for brunchfans.
