Oud Sluis, awarded with three Michelin stars, is one of the best fine dining restaurants in the Netherlands. What few people know is that Oud Sluis started off as restaurant that specialized in mussels. During the Food Film Festival FFF-chef Joris Bijdendijk will work together with the team of Oud Sluis to prepare a true musselfest.
We're very honored the Oud Sluis team is willing to take the effort to show us the beauty of the mussel. During this three course lunch you'll be able to taste, as Oud Sluis chef Sergio Herman calls it, ' pure nectar'. How strong Segio's bond is with the mussel is shown in the film L’Amour des Moules.
The three course lunch starts at 13 o' clock after the film viewing and the Q&A with the director.
