Ricardo van Ede was awarded a Michelin star at age 21, the youngest Dutchman ever to do so. Now, he leads the kitchen at Neva, restaurant of the Hermitage Amsterdam. In this workshop, Ricardo will demonstrate how to create a star-worthy dish with love and respect for the products.

The respect Ricardo has for his ingredients is shared by the chefs in the documentary Mugaritz BSO, which is the Food Film Festival’s opening feature.  But Ricardo will will present it with a good dose of rock & roll!

This workshop will be in Dutch, but cooking is universal, so you're welcome to join in!
